Great Support and Awesome Zone EQ Control
Replaced an old Nyles multi room receiver with this product. Had a minor issue because I had not set the zone level EQ properly (each zone has its own EQ!!). The support team at Holosound is the best! Extremely responsive and researched the issue thoroughly with clear and complete instructions.

Easy Setup and Amazing Multi-Room Sound with Outstanding Support
I’ve been using the OpenAudio HOLO-WHAS for the last six months in my new home with in-ceiling speakers wired into various rooms, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the start, the setup was simple and intuitive — I was up and running in no time. The AirPlay functionality works flawlessly with my Roon server, delivering high-quality audio throughout the house. I’ve also streamed from Apple Music and Spotify without a hitch. Additionally, the Bluetooth capability integrates seamlessly with my Samsung Frame TV for an even more connected experience. The companion app is well-designed and offers impressive flexibility. I can easily manage volume and EQ settings per zone, which has really elevated the multi-room audio experience. The sound quality is consistently great — clear, full, and responsive to tuning. After a recent firmware upgrade (which unlocked even more capabilities), I encountered a minor hiccup with the app. To my surprise, the OpenAudio team proactively offered a Zoom session with an engineer to troubleshoot. That level of support is rare and appreciated. In the end, simply reinstalling the app and restarting the unit resolved the issue, but their willingness to help was impressive and reassuring. If you're looking for a cost-effective, feature-rich, and well-supported whole-home audio streamer and amplifier, I highly recommend the HOLO-WHAS. It’s a fantastic addition to any smart home audio setup.
